• If you check the separate SMS consent box, we also record your mobile number, the consent language, the page used to sign up, and the time of signup.
• Your browser may store completed lesson identifiers on your device so the site can show which lessons you have reviewed.
• Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use contact submissions to understand and respond to learning questions. We use an opted-in mobile number only for the Lewis Technologies educational marketing text program described in our SMS Terms. We use browser-stored lesson progress only to display progress on your device.

SMS privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share SMS consent with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing that messaging program. We may share the information with service providers, phone companies, and vendors only as needed to deliver messages or comply with law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information-sharing categories.

Storage and security

Contact requests and SMS consent records are stored with our website service provider. We use reasonable safeguards and keep information for as long as needed to provide the stated service, document consent, or meet legal obligations. Lesson progress is stored in your browser; clearing site data removes it from that browser.

Your choices

The SMS checkbox is optional. You can send a contact request without joining the text program. Once texts are available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also write to us at the address below to ask about your information or request deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.
